We offer a 30-day guarantee on all our products.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The product is unused

• The product is in its original condition

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalised products

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Defective or Damaged Product?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photos or videos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
